Our names are Josh and Megan and we are a husband & wife team who spend our non-working hours either on the backs of our horses, with friends & family, or tackling our own home projects. We started this business will the goal in mind to be set apart from other companies; both in our diversity of services & skills, and in our customer service. We walk our customers through the process of their job, answering questions and ensuring they understand what their money is going towards. We will consult with you during the quoting process, update you during the progression of your job, and do our best to make you feel secure in what you are spending your money on. We are passionate about what we do and it shows in the quality of work that we deliver.

We are located in Goshen IN and travel up to 4 hours away in any direction (including Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois)! We are insured, bonded, BBB accredited (check out our profile on www.BBB.org). Our team will treat your home with the same respect we would want our home treated with and we prioritize customer satisfaction and involvement throughout the entire process. What specializing in equine and livestock properties means ....
Our service list in this area includes: barn construction, indoor & outdoor riding arenas, all types of fencing, mud control services, custom hay feeders, custom round pens, horse stalls, tack rooms, livestock shelters/run-ins, etc.
An additional service we offer in this field is: Equine & Livestock Property Consultations. This is NOT the same as a quote. Our quotes are all free! A consultation is $50.00 for up to 2 hours of discussion.
When you request a consultation here is what to expect: we will come to your property, discuss what your goals are with the property and take measurements, immediately after we will discuss options on how to achieve those goals. We will go over ideas, do basic research, and discuss budget and what options will fit into that budget to achieve your goal — all during this 2 hour session. After this, if you would like a quote started to begin gathering official numbers on the ideas we discussed … just ask! This part is free! From there, if you are satisfied with the quote, update us and we will schedule and complete your job!
What is the difference between a quote and a consultation? If you have a general idea of what you are going for and just need a few different options priced out = get a QUOTE. If you bought a new piece of property or need to remodel your existing property and don’t know where to get started = get a CONSULTATION.
Examples:
1. a QUOTE looks like this: “I need a horse shelter built. I’d like a 12×24 quoted as well as a 12×32 with an 8 ft hay feeder in the center.” (Note: we will come to you to discuss a quote OR we will handle everything online, whatever is necessary — both are free!)
2. a CONSULTATION looks like this: “Our current horse property is out of date and we would like to remodel several areas to be more efficient, I’m unsure where to start. Can you help?” (Note: this is the only option that incurs a cost)
